Hello, my name is Quyen Tran and I am a fully qualified acupuncturist, graduating from the International College of Oriental Medicine (ICOM), where I achieved a Bachelor of Science Degree in Oriental Medicine.

I am a registered Member of British Acupuncture Council (MBAcC).

Acupuncture & Reiki

The type of acupuncture that I practice is a classic style called Stems and Branches, which looks into a patient’s own constitutional strengths and weakness. It treats the root cause of the condition rather than the symptoms, by tailor-making a treatment individual for the patient.

I also practice Micro Needle Therapy and facial acupuncture for facial rejuvenation. This treatment helps to promote Qi and blood flow through the face and improve collagen. This can reduce fine lines and wrinkles to achieve healthier looking skin.

I am also a qualified Reiki practitioner and offer Reiki as a stand alone therapy or in conjunction with acupuncture.

I learned Tui Na massage during my studies at Asante where I achieved a diploma in this subtle but profoundly effective style of Chinese healing massage.

My Background

I grew up in southern Vietnam, in Ho Chi Minh city where I was surrounded by Traditional Chinese Medicine: acupuncture, cupping, Gua sha, Tui Na, herbs and moxibustion.

I have experienced first hand the tremendous healing power of acupuncture. I was always fascinated by how it works and ever since I was a child I always wanted to be an acupuncturist.
